The MA Philosophy Program at Franciscan University of Steubenville is sponsoring a conference on the thought of Edith Stein, specifically her major work, Finite and Eternal Being. All scholars studying the philosophy of Edith Stein are invited to submit abstracts on any issue found in Finite and Eternal Being. Papers connecting a topic in this work to her other works or to the works of other philosophers are also welcome. Graduate students are welcome to submit proposals. Abstracts should not exceed one page and must be received by e-mail or hard copy by March 23rd, 2010. Finished papers should not exceed 25 minutes reading time. Papers from the conference may be submitted for publication in Quaestiones Disputatae. All conference and meal fees, including lunches, dinner, and closing banquet, are waived for all those presenting papers. Submissions should be sent to:
