In memoriam
Gerald Allen "Jerry" Cohen (1941 - 2009)
Professor Cohen
was widely admired, a noted political and Marxist
philosopher, and author of several books on justice, equality,
and politicial and personal responsibility.
Professor Cohen had recently retired from the Chichele Professor of Social
and Political Theory at Oxford University.
Colin Farrelly, Queens University, has posted
a warm and fitting rememberance
at his blog.
