Call for Papers: 14th Annual University of Calgary Graduate Philosophy Conference

 

 

 

The 14th Annual University of Calgary Graduate Conference will be held 30 April –1 May 2026 at the University of Calgary. This year’s conference will accept submissions from graduate students from all areas of philosophy.

  • Keynote speakers: Justin Caouette (Providence College), Mark Migotti (University of Calgary)

Conference Format

The conference will be held in-person at the University of Calgary. Each speaker will deliver a 20 minute talk, followed by a 5-10 minute commentary. The speaker will have 5 minutes to reply before 20 minutes of Q & A open to the general audience.

Participation in the conference is free. Refreshments and lunch will be provided on both days of the conference.

Submission Details

Submissions should be submitted to EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=pgsa26

Submissions should be full papers of up to 3,000 words (excluding notes and bibliography), prepared for blind review, and presentable in 20 minutes. Submissions must include a short (150 word) abstract.

The submission deadline is 20 February 2026. Decisions will be made by 16 March 2026.
