    Attending the Conference Virtually:

    All CPA sessions will be accessible online via the Congress Virtual platform only. Registration is required to access these sessions.

    Take the tour! From the 'Programming' menu tab, you can search Association's Conferences to find the CPA virtual program. 

    Finding a session: There are many ways to search for a session. You can sort by day and time; you can add sessions to 'My agenda'. You can also search by session title, presenter name, or session area.

    About Zoom Attendance: All our virtual sessions will be held via Zoom. Access to these sessions is via the Congress Virtual Portal. 30 minutes ahead of the session start-time the Zoom link will become active. Once you click on the Zoom link you will be directed to a “waiting room” . About 5mins before the session start time, the Zoom host will let you in. Unless you are speaking, please make sure your microphone is muted and your video is off.

    Zoom Captions and Translation: Zoom has a real-time translation function. If you would like to make use of this for the presentation you are attending, you will need to turn on the captions by going to the menu at the bottom right of your screen: More > Show Captions > Translation (select speaking language and caption language). From this menu you can also view a real-time full transcript.

    Participants, if you are having challenges accessing Zoom in real-time, please email nbell@acpcpa.ca and put your name and the session name in the subject line. Presenters, you will have an assigned Zoom host who will be your direct point of contact.
