CPA Tradition: Chairs may be assigned by fiat. Read all the programme carefully. If the assignment is inconvenient, please arrange for a substitute.
NB: All rooms for the CPA are equipped with a computer with internet, a DVD playback, a projector and screen or a display.
Allotted time at Congress sessions:
Full paper submission -- Speaker: maximum of 25 minutes.
Full paper submission -- Commentator: maximum of 10 minutes.
Abstract submission -- Speaker: maximum of 20 minutes.

Student Essay Prizes
Dialogue, the bilingual journal of the Canadian Philosophical Association, awards up to three prizes each year to papers submitted by students for the Annual Congress of the CPA. Papers submitted by students are double-blind refereed together with papers submitted by faculty and others. One prize is reserved for each official language; prizes are awarded when merited. There is a first prize and two equal second prizes.
